Work I Have Done
I have always loved baking and creating things with my own two hands. I have been baking since I was 11 years old. I started this business in Cagayan de Oro in 2016. I earned my Diploma in Pastry Arts in 2018 and underwent internship in 2019.
I have created a variety of cakes and cake designs. I have baked a variety of cake flavors. Chocolate. Coffee. Caramel. Mango. Red Velvet or Blue Velvet . Name it. I have also used different fillings, frostings and icings - though I am especially partial to buttercream.
I have also done pastry products like pies, tarts and French Macarons.
